The Kickstart programme is a Government initiative designed to help young people aged 16-24 who are at risk of becoming long term unemployed.  As well as an opportunity to learn through on-the-job training Kickstart placements also benefit from employability support to develop work skills, improve long term employability and support to help find future longer-term employment.

Applicants must be aged 16-24, must be in receipt of Universal Credit and must contact their job coach at DWP to discuss their eligibility and how to apply for the position.
